FreezePoint® Soft Serve, Shake and Smoothie Mix is a non-dairy frozen dessert. It is packaged as a dry soft-serve mix and is reconstituted with water to be used as a soft-serve dessert in soft-serve machine, a shake product dispensed out of a shake machine or a smoothie mix dispensed from a smoothie machine, granita machine or blender.

Our soft serve / smoothie mix is lactose free, non-dairy*, and cholesterol free and low in fat.
*Contains sodium caseinate.
Six 6-pound bags soft serve / shake / smoothie mix per case.
When mixed with 2 gallons of water, yield is 2.5 gallons per bag (15 gallons per case).

Prior to reconstitution this product will be stable for up to one year when stored in a cool dry place.
