Dill pickle ice cream?! Yes! And it took home Calgary Stampede’s best “I’m Kind of a Big Dill” award this past July with the help of Desert “Cool” Foods, Inc. So Cute Ice Cream’s Dill Vanilla Ice Cream featured our AZ-800 Vanilla FreezePoint® Premium Soft Serve infused with essence of cucumber, garnished with dill and a small pickle atop a dill-sprinkled cone. Calgary Herald reporter Sammy Hudes tried it and described it as “…a pleasant surprise. The texture of the ice cream almost resembled a sorbet, with a mild, calming flavour that was fitting of the cucumber essence I was promised.” We’re pleased and proud to be a part of this creative concoction.
